We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and not damaged.

To initiate a return, email us at support@homeclave.com with your order number and reason.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
